હાય રે મોંઘવારી !! અંગત મોજ શોખ અને પેટ ની ભૂખ વચ્ચે નું અંતર ઘણું લાંબુ છે !!

હાય રે મોંઘવારી  !!
-જ્યાં જુઓ ત્યાં શોપિંગનું શૂરાતન, ખાણી-પીણીની જ્યાફત અને વ્હીકલ્સનો કલશોર .....

-મધ્યમ વર્ગ (એટલે કે હું અને કદાચ તમે ) , મંદી, મોંઘવારી અને મની ચારેયમાં  'મ' / M  કોમન છે......

-ભારતનો મધ્યમ વર્ગ ૩૦૦ કરોડ બોટલો ઠંડા પીણાની ગટગટાવી જાય છે.  ૧૬૦૦૦ ટન ટેલકમ પાવડર ચહેરા પર છાંટે છે,  ૪૦૦ ટન પોટેટો ચિપ્સ ચાવી જાય છે....

-પેટ્રોલ માં રૂપિયા  સાતનો ભાવવધારો ઝીંકાયો તે પછી પણ રોજ જેટલા લીટરનો ઉપાડ થતો હતો તે જ સરેરાશ જળવાઈ રહયો છે ....
-રેસ્ટોરા માં છેલ્લા ત્રણ વર્ષમાં  ૬૦થી ૭૦ ટકા ભાવ વધાર્યો છે છતાં પાર્ટીઓ અને  ગ્રુપ બુકિંગ વધતા જ જાય છે...
-૮૦ કરોડ થી  ૧૨૦ કરોડનું બોક્સઓફિસ કલેક્શન કરતી ફિલ્મોની સંખ્યા પણ વધતી જાય છે...

-વેકેશન માં પ્રવાસો હવે દુબાઈ, સિંગાપોર, યુરોપના થાય છે... એરપોર્ટ પરની ભીડ સ્ટેટ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ બસ સ્ટેશન જેવું જ દ્રશ્ય સર્જે છે....રેલ્વે ની તો વાતજ કરવા જેવી નથી.....

-નોકિયા ,સેમસંગ, એલજી, વગેરે મોબાઈલ  કંપની દર ૧૫ દિવસે નવા મોડેલ  બહાર પાડે અને ૧-૨ દિવસ માં તો  સ્ટોક ખાલી  કરીદે છે  આજ મધ્યમ વર્ગ  !!

-મોલ્સ માં પાર્કિંગ મળતા નથી ....માત્ર મોલ્સ જ  નહિ  અમદાવાદ માં ત્રણ દરવાજા  અને  કોટ વિસ્તાર ના બજારો પણ  ધમ ધમે જ  છે .....

-અત્યારે ભારતમાં સવા ચાર કરોડ ટી.વી. સેટ્સ, ૪૫ લાખ કાર, સાડા ત્રણ કરોડ ટુ વ્હીલર, ૪૦ લાખ વોશિંગ મશીન અને દોઢ કરોડ જેટલી ટેલિફોન લાઇન્સ છે ! આમાં નેવુ ટકા ગ્રાહકો મધ્યમ વર્ગના છે....

-ભારતની વસ્તીમાંના ૬૦ કરોડ લોકો આવા મધ્યમ વર્ગમાં આવે છે........

સરકાર ને માથે મોંઘવારીની હૈયાવરાળ ઠાલવી ઓટલા પરિષદ ભરતા (આજ કાલ  સોસીઅલ મીડિયા - ફેસબુક વગેરે ) નાગરિકોને પૂછવું જોઇએ કેમ કે, મોંઘવારી... મોંઘવારી કરનારા ઘણાને તો ભાવ કેટલા આસમાને ગયા છે તેની ખબર જ નથી હોતી. બિચારી ગૃહિણીને એક-બે હજાર પકડાવી ગૃહસ્થો ગુટખા, ચા-પાણી, ફરસાણ આરોગતા 'સાલી શું મોંઘવારી છે' ની માંડતા હોય છે....

*ખાસ નોંધ : મોંઘવારી  છે અને વધેજ  છે  પણ સાથે સાથે લોકો ના આવક ના સાધનો અને  ઇનવેસ્ટમેન્ટ (શેર બજાર, એફડી, ફંડ વગેરે)  પર ની આવક વધતી ગયી છે  એટલે  મધ્યમ વર્ગ (હું અને કદાચ તમે ) આ બધાજ શોખ જેમ તેમ કરી ને  પુરા કરી લઇએ છીએ ....પણ  શોષિત અને અત્યંત ગરીબ મજુર વર્ગ  કે જેનો અવાજ દબાયેલો છે (રાજકીય રીતે મતદાર નથી તે ) એમને શું મુશ્કેલી પડે છે તે  અનુભવ વગર  સમજી શકાય તેમ નથી ...

અંગત મોજ શોખ  અને પેટ ની  ભૂખ  વચ્ચે નું અંતર  ઘણું લાંબુ છે  એ ક્યારેય  બ્રીજ  થી જોડાય તેમ નથી....

गुजरात की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार एक अनूठा प्रयोग करने जा रही है। शराबबंदी वाले इस राज्य में सरकार नशेड़ियों को मुफ्त में नशा मुहैया कराएगी। इसकी शुरुआत गुरुवार को सूरत से होगी।

मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक वर्ल्ड एड्स डे के मौके पर राज्य सरकार की ओर से सूरत में करीब 600 नशेड़ियों की कोकीन और हेरोइन की जरूरत मुफ्त में पूरी की जाएगी। हालांकि यह टैबलेट के रूप में होगा और सरकार के मुताबिक इसका मकसद यह है कि नशेड़ी असुरक्षित सूई के जरिए ये ड्रग्स लेकर एड्स का शिकार न हो जाएं।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक सूरत के 600 पंजीकृत नशेड़ियों को इस योजना में शामिल किया गया है। इन्हें टैबलेट के रूप में मेथाडोन और बुप्रेनॉरफिन दिया जाएगा, जिसमें अफीम के तत्व होते हैं और जिन्हें हेरोइन तथा कोकीन के विकल्प के रूप में माना जाता है।

2009 के एक सर्वे के मुताबिक सूरत में नशे के आदी करीब 2000 लोग हैं, जो असुरक्षित ढंग से सूई के जरिए नशा लेते हैं। इनमें से करीब 600 लोगों को नशा मुक्ति अभियान में शामिल किया गया है। इन्हें सुरक्षित ढंग से सिर्फ एक बार सूई के जरिए नशा दिया जाता है। इसी समूह को नए प्रॉजेक्ट में शामिल किया गया है। (Courtesy: Navbharat Times Dt:01/12/'11)

(1) Senior BJP Leader Arun Jaitley has said that he is willing to support Anna Hazare as a symbol in the battle against corruption, but not march under his leadership. BJP President Nitin Gadkari had said that the party will fight under Anna's banner to make India corruption-free if need be.

(2) It is surprising that Modi who is all praise for Anna Hazare does not appoint the judge who is a confidant of Anna Hazare. In Ahmedabad Hazare had stayed at the place of Justice Mehta. Judicial Commissions have no rights. Modi has appointed the commission to cover up his shady deals.
Modi claims that he is honest and does not allow any kind of corruption. Then why is he avoiding Lokayukta? 

क्या अन्ना का आंदोलन लोकतंत्र के लिए खतरा है?

अन्ना के आंदोलन के समर्थन में जहां एक ओर लोगों का हूजूम देश भर में उमड़ पड़ा है, वहीं दूसरी ओर एक ऐसा तबका भी है जो कह रहा है कि आंदोलन नहीं सीधे ब्लैकमेलिंग है।

इन लोगों का कहना है कि कानून बनाने का काम लोकतंत्र के चुने हुए प्रतिनिधियों का है और इस तरह जबरदस्ती से कानून नहीं बनवाया जा सकता। 

मगर, सवाल है कि अगर कानून बनाने का अधिकार जनता के चुने हुए प्रतिनिधियों का है, तो क्या खुद जनता अपने प्रतिनिधयों को यह बता नहीं सकती कि उसे कैसा कानून चाहिए?

અણ્ણા હઝારેના વતનમાં જ સૌથી વધારે ભ્રષ્ટાચારના કેસ નોંધાયા છે પણ અન્ના સરકાર નો અને જનતા ના રૂપિયા નો ઘાણ કાઢે છે - બીલ આવશે તો મારુજ નહિ તો બીજા કોઈ નું બીલ નહિ એમ કહીને.!!!

નાશિક પોલીસ રેન્જમાં ૨૦૦૯થી બે વરસના સમયગાળામાં સૌથી વધુ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ લાંચ લેતા રંગે હાથ પકડાયા હતા એમ એન્ટી-કરપ્શન બ્યુરો (એસીબી)ની આંકડાકીય માહિતીમાં જણાવાયું છે.

ભ્રષ્ટાચાર વિરુદ્ધની લડતના પ્રણેતા અણ્ણા હઝારે રાલેગણ સિદ્ધિ ગામના છે, જે અહમદનગર જિલ્લામાં પડે છે અને આ જિલ્લો નાશિક રેન્જમાં આવે છે. નાસિક રેન્જમાં બે વર્ષમાં આવા કેસની સંખ્યામાં ખાસ્સો પાંચ ટકાનો વધારો જોવા મળ્યો

પોલીસનો 'ડાટા' જોતા નાશિક રેન્જમાં એસીબીના ઓફિસરો ખાસ્સા વ્યસ્ત રહ્યા હતા. ૨૦૧૦માં, મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં લાંચ લેતા રંગેહાથ પકડાયેલા કુલ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓમાંથી ૨૫ ટકા નાશિક રેન્જના હતા. ૨૦૦૯માં આ ટકાવારી ૧૯.૪ ટકા હતી, જે પછીના વરસે વધીને ૨૫ ટકા થઈ હતી. ૨૦૧૦માં એસીબી દ્વારા લાંચિયા કર્મચારીઓ માટે ગોઠવાયેલા ૧૨૪ છટકા સફળ રહ્યા હતા.
જ્યારે ૨૦૦૯માં એ આંકડો ૭૮ હતો.
પૂણે રેન્જ ૨૦૧૦માં બીજા નંબરે હતી. લાંચ લેતા રંગેહાથ પકડાયેલા કર્મચારીઓના આખા રાજ્યના કુલ ૪૮૬ કેસમાંથી ૧૪ ટકા એટલે કે માત્ર ૬૮ કેસ પૂણે રેન્જમાં નોંધાયા હતા. નાસિક ઉપરાંત માત્ર બીજી ત્રણ પોલીસ રેન્જમાં ૨૦૦૯થી ૨૦૧૦માં લાંચિયા કર્મચારીઓની ટકાવારી વધી હતી. એમાં નાંદેડ (૭.૨ થી વધીને ૯.૭ ટકા) અમરાવતી (છ ટકાથી વધીને આઠ ટકા) અને નાગપુર (૧૦.૨ ટકાથી વધીને ૧૧.૫ ટકા)નો સમાવેશ હતો.
જ્યારે તળ મુંબઈ અને ઉપનગરીય જિલ્લાઓને આવરી લેતી મુંબઈ રેન્જ ૨૦૧૦માં ૫૫ અથવા તો ૧૧.૩ ટકા કેસ સાથે ચોથા ક્રમે હતી. ૨૦૦૯ પછી આ ટકાવારી ઘટી હતી. એ વરસે લાંચિયા કર્મચારીઓના રાજ્યમાં નોંધાયેલા ૪૦૨ કેસમાંથી ૫૪ અથવા તો ૧૩.૪ ટકા કેસ સાથે શહેરનો નંબર ત્રીજો આવ્યો હતો.
અત્રે નોંધવું ઘટે કે મુંબઈમાં ૪૦,૦૦૦ પોલીસો, સેંકડો અમલદારો, હજારો સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ અને એક લાખથી વધુ પાલિકા કર્મચારીઓને કારણે સરકારી કર્મચારીઓની મસમોટી ફૌજ છે.

The Anna movement is an anti-social justice, manuvadi movement,casteist in nature and against representative democracy.

The Anna phenomenon is leading us to the rejection of representative democracy itself. 

The movement is an upper-caste uprising against India's political democracy.That apart, vesting so much power in the Lokpal, a non-elected person, could lead to a dangerous situation.

The movement is casteist in nature and against representative democracy.

The movement has raised fears among Dalits, adivasis and minorities that similar methods can be used to create laws against them in future.

A positive outcome of the movement is that the govt. can no longer take people for granted on the issue of corruption. But the flip side is that there is a thin line between 'popular unrest' and anarchy.

This is also habit-forming in the sense that whenever a group finds a cause to highlight, it only has to enlist the services of some 'Gandhian'. 

Don't forget Dr Ambedkar's caution against 'satyagraha' as the 'grammar of anarchy'

By appointing new commission Modi has proved that he fears "Lokayukta "

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi yesterday appointed an inquiry commission, to be headed by retired Supreme Court Justice M B Shah, to probe allegations of corruption levelled by Congress against his own government.

Congress had submitted a memorandum to the President Pratibha Patil two months ago, alleging corruption and favouritism on the part of the Modi government in its dealings with industrial houses.


Congress has also started a campaign over non-appointment of Lokayukta in Gujarat for the last seven years.


"Gujarat has an institution of Lokayukta, but Modi does not appoint Lokayukta. Instead, he has appointed a commission to inquire into charges of corruption against himself, which has no powers like Lokayukta," Leader of Opposition in the assembly, Shaktisinh Gohil, said.

"By appointing this commission Modi has proved that he fears Lokayukta," Gohil said.

"Modi and his ministers are involved in corruption, and that is the precise reason for Modi's not appointing Lokayukta for the last seven and half years," he alleged.

– Approval of construction and illegal allotment of forest land and coastal regulation zone to Essar group.
– A large land in Kutch allegedly allotted to BJP leader Shri Venkaiyah Naidu for salt chemicals company in border area of Kutch.
– Allotment of land at prime location on Ahmedabad’s Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway to Bharat Hotels ltd.
– Land allotments to various industries and industrialists to establish industrial units near major cities.
– Allotment of land at prime location to L&T company near Surat’s Hazira without auction.
– Cattle feed scam.
– Nutrition fortified blended food scam in Anganwadis.
– Gujarat State Petroleum related charges.
– Charges related to use of Luxury jet, aircraft and chopper belonging to industrial houses by the Chief Minister.
– Charges of corruption in Sujalam Sufalam water distribution project.
– Charges of direct involvement of state Revenue minister’s office and Chief Minister’s office leaving all laws aside in purchase and sale of Kutch district’s 36.25 acre agricultural land to Mumbai based Indigold refinery.


Justice Shah, who will head the Commission, served as Supreme Court judge from 1998 to 2003. Earlier, he was Chief Justice of Bombay High Court and had also served at Gujarat High court, the government release here said.

Meanwhile, the Congress today announced that it will hold a state-wide dharna against the Modi government's decision not to appoint a Lokayukta.

I am strongly against corruption but I am NOT ANNA ! I am not a dictator saying "MY BILL OR NO BILL". I believe in the democratic process through Parliament.
